OBIO/AKPOR COMMITTEE AGAINST DRUG, CULTISM & SOCIAL VICES HOLDS ROAD WALK SENSITIZATION

The Obio/Akpor Committee Against Drug, Cultism and Other Social Vices today held a successful road walk across major streets in the LGA to further intensify the campaign for a safer, healthier and more productive society.
The sensitization march, which drew youths, community leaders, volunteers, security agencies and stakeholders, was held under the inspiring theme:
“Project Street to Strength, Removing the Youths From the Street.”
The walk was aimed at raising awareness on the dangers of drug abuse, cultism, crime and other harmful behaviours, while encouraging young people to embrace positive pathways, skill acquisition, education and meaningful engagement.
Obio/Akpor remains committed to building a secure environment where every young person can thrive, contribute and become a symbol of hope for their community.
Together, we can strengthen our youth, reclaim our streets, and build a better future.
