Tenement Rates
This is a property-based charge on buildings and developed land within the LGA. Shop / Kiosk / Lockup Fees

Market Fees & Rents
Daily or periodic fees paid by traders operating within public markets managed by the LGA. This includes stall rents, table fees, and other market-related charges used to maintain and improve market facilities.
Business Permits & Licenses
Required for all registered businesses operating within the LGA. This license confirms that a business is recognized by the local authority and authorized to operate legally within Obio/Akpor.
Operational Permits

Motor Park Levies
