APPOINTMENT OF OBIO/AKPOR INTERNATIONAL MARKET VERIFICATION COMMITTEE
In furtherance of the ongoing efforts of the Obio/Akpor Local Government Council to ensure proper documentation, accountability, and effective regulation within the Obio/Akpor International Market, I am pleased to announce the constitution of the Obio/Akpor International Market Verification Committee.
The Committee is mandated to conduct a comprehensive verification of all traders, shop owners, and business operators within the Obio/Akpor International Market. This exercise is aimed at updating the Council’s records, confirming genuine allocations, and ensuring that all market activities align with the Local Government’s policies and standards.
Accordingly, the following persons have been appointed to serve as members of the Committee:

Mr. Frank Owhor – Member
Mr. Elvis Okocha – Member
Mr. David Eleto – Member
Chief. Peter Amadi – Member
Aaron Clinton Chika – Member
The Committee is to work closely with the relevant unions in the Obio/Akpor International Market to ensure a transparent and thorough verification process.
All traders and shop owners within the market are hereby directed to cooperate fully with the Committee to facilitate a smooth and successful exercise.
