Earlier today, the Supervisor for Agriculture Obio/Akpor LGA, Hon. Kingsley Ngari Ogonda, supervised the ongoing Afri-Net Ltd ward enlightment program.
The program which is a 4 weeks skill acquisition and cash empowerment scheme which is sponsored by bank of Africa, kickstarted on Tuesday at ward 1.Obio/Akpor LGA.
In his remarks, the Director of Afri-Net Ltd Mr. Chris Onwumeren, advised participants at ward 6 to follow the necessary procedures and ensure they get properly registered while urging them to take the training very seriously in order to avoid disqualification. He noted that the scheme is a stimulus package of bank of Agriculture for the People of the Niger Delta Region.
He thanked the councillor representing ward 6 ObioAkpor LGA Hon. Kingsley Chioma and the supervisor for Agric Hon. Kingsley Ngari Ogonda for their vital role in making sure that the turn out was encouraging.
